Shipping

All orders are shipped FedEx and require signature for delivery. We offer FedEx Ground and FedEx Overnight shipping services and we can not ship to post office boxes.

For FedEx ground delivery times, please refer to the FedEx Ground service map.  Add one day for orders placed after 11:00 EST. 

For overnight delivery, packages will arrive on the next business day for orders that are submitted by 1:00 pm EST Monday through Thursday.  Please be aware that if your zip code is included in the ground overnight chart, selecting overnight may not be necessary.

Your package is insured while it is in transit until the time it is signed for by the recipient upon delivery, HOWEVER, HUZZA’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED BY THE COMMON COURIER TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SHIPPING.  The recipient is accountable for the package once it has been delivered and signed for. 

NOTE: If you receive your order and notice any damage or alteration to the box condition, please refuse to accept the item or ask the courier to open/examine it for you.  Otherwise, neither FedEx nor HUZZA can be held responsible for your actions.  Ignoring this procedure will void your right to return the merchandise (see below for details).

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your merchandise within fourteen (14) days for a full refund to your original form of payment.  For apparel, accessories, bags, shoes and jewelry, a free return shipping label that is valid for seven (7) days from the delivery date is provided for your convenience.  If your order includes items that qualify for a complimentary return shipping label as well as items that do not qualify, your shipment may arrive in separate packages.  Please be aware that return shipping labels are only good for the packages that they came with.

Items returned within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days are eligible for exchange or store credit.

Sale items may not be returned after 14 days.

Free return shipping for eligible items:

1.      Send an email to customercare@huzza.net with your order number to request activation of your complimentary shipping label. 

2.      Attach the provided FedEx label on the outside of the box and seal your package and drop your shipment off at the nearest FedEx drop location

 

Return Policy

Merchandise in original condition may be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase date for a full refund.  Items returned within thirty (30) days of purchase are eligible for exchange or store credit.  Special order or back ordered items are to be paid in full at time of order and are not returnable for a full refund.  Apparel items are not returnable if they have been worn or if the original tags have been removed.

 

Shipping Delays or Non-delivery

If, after an order has been placed, HUZZA finds that the products cannot be delivered within the term specified in the order, HUZZA will notify purchaser and advise purchaser of the revised delivery date.
