It was 1978 and Kate asked me, "Why don't we open an import store.” With scant retail experience, and an abundance of youthful exuberance and naivete our journey began. A quintessential, "fly by the seat of your pants" attitude prevailed. Huzza was born.
Our passion for authentic objects, made by primitive cultures, became the heart of Huzza. We brought
extraordinary, one-of-a-kind collections to our customers. Today we continue to bring an edited
mix of fine art, superb antiques, contemporary home accouterments and fine clothing to our habitue.
Never in our wildest dreams would we have thought our children would have an interest in joining Huzza with a vision to present it to a larger audience. With their talent, unending enthusiasm, energy, work ethic and love for Huzza, we are able to share our world with you.
To our friends, family and followers, your loyalty inspires us to do our best daily. It is with great joy we welcome you into the Huzza family and look forward to taking part in your quest for your own particular uncommon and timeless expression.
